Mark Haight - Mark's Valley Grading Mark Haight was raised in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania by his Father Don, Mother Lucille along with a younger brother and two younger sisters.  Mark spent most of his time in the great outdoors and when he wasn't chasing wild animals, he was chasing his high school crush Lori Condon. She finally said yes to a date after much persistence on Mark's behalf and in 1978 the two were married and are still going strong today!  On October 27, 1980, on Mark's 23rd birthday his wife gave birth to their first child, Tosha Marie Haight, and on June 30, 1982 Mark's second child was born, Brandon Scott Haight.   Three years later, the family moved to Arizona and Mark's future in the dirt and demolition industry began. Today, Mark is the President of three large and growing businesses - Mark's Valley Grading, Mark's Demolition and Excavating, and Contractor's Landfill and Recycling. Just as his businesses have grown

Kelly Anderson - Jenco, Inc. Anyone that has met Kelly Anderson, or spent time around the Jenco office, knows what a hardworking and avid learner he is. After high school, Kelly moved to Arizona from Iowa and became a delivery truck driver for AJ Goulder Electric. His dedication to learning really paid off in the early years of his career, because by the time Goulder shut their doors seven years after he delivered his first shipment, he was Vice President of Administration. Kelly opened Jen Electric in 1990 at the age of 26. Since then he's acquired three other operational companies which he merged together to form Jenco. He is currently leading Jenco on a LEAN journey, leveraging the philosophy and practices of LEAN to challenge the team to eliminate waste around their office, in the warehouse and on jobsites. He is very passionate about eliminating waste and believes this enables workers to be more productive and customers to enjoy a higher quality product and receive serv
