Tomorrow is the LAST DAY to Submit Spring Scholarship Applications!

  Due October 31st   The Fall semester is soon to start and it is never too early to think about Spring-2018's tuition bill.  Please reach out to those you may know and friends of friends who are studying business and/or construction and let them know about the college scholarship opportunity provided by the CFMA.  The application receipt deadline is 10/31/2017 and can be found on the VOS website  .

Sign up for CCIFP Overview before Noon today, Friday!

Earning your CCIFP certification is the best way to sharpen your construction financial skills, and to demonstrate your understanding of, and expertise in, the construction financial field.  Sign up for the overview which will give you an understanding of what the CCIFP exam covers, a review of the key topics, and guides and resources for studying.  The overview will be held in 2 parts:  Monday, October 23 rd and Monday, October 30 th .  Get more information and sign up here. The chapter will support your efforts by reimbursing the $150 overview class cost if you sit for the exam by January 31, 2018, and if (when) you pass the exam you will be reimbursed $350 of the exam fee.  Non-members are also welcome! http://vos.cfma.org

The Arizona Society of CPAs' 2017 Annual Construction Industry Conference

Prayers for those impacted by last nights shooting in Las Vegas

While the reasons for last night's shooting in Las Vegas may never be understood, there are some facts we do know: scores of innocent lives have been lost even more innocents were injured untold numbers of families, friends, partners, associates and neighbors have been impacted by this act of senseless violence. At this time, our hearts and prayers go out to everyone that needs a hug, an understanding ear or a shoulder to cry on.
