Your opinion is needed!

As many of you are aware, the Registrar of Contractors has adopted significant changes to its complaint response process.  In March of this year, I wrote an article about these changes, the rationale behind them, and how they may impact contractors.  A copy of this article can be found here.  Since then, I have heard from both attorneys and contractors, stories of interactions with the ROC under the new process and the frustrations and questions that have arisen.  It is unclear how this process will ultimately shake out, but from my own experience and others like it, I understand the process has had its share of bumps.

In order to address the problems, we first need information.  After internal discussion, the construction attorneys at Sacks Tierney P.A. have prepared a short, five-question survey in order to gather information about contractors’ experiences under the new complaint process.  It is my hope that this information may be used to help others currently dealing with issues before the ROC, and will, hopefully, result in improvements to the ROC process.

If you have any questions, please reach out to me directly.
