      David L. James, CPA, CCIFP, is the Chief Financial Officer of FNF Construction, Inc. FNF, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, is a heavy highway contractor, with projects in Arizona, New Mexico, California and North Dakota. David has over 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry, including vertical construction, heavy highway and insurance/bonding.
In addition to the financial services area, David is responsible for the Human Resource and IT departments at FNF. David is a graduate of the University of Kansas, was on the founding board of the Valley of the Sun chapter of CFMA, and has been active nationally with CFMA and the ICCIFP.


John J. Corcoran is the Executive Director of the Construction Industry/CPAs Consultants Association (CICPAC). John's construction related career spans over 30 years during which he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of construction companies in Arizona and California, as well as his association related activities.

John was the founding President of the Valley of the Sun Chapter (Phoenix) of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and also served as their National President. He has received the prestigious Debra Hahn Award for his extensive services and contributions to the construction industry. In 2013, John was awarded the Danny B. Parrish Leadership Award by CFMA. He currently is a member of CFMA's Education Committee and Conference Planning Task Force.
Ken Zylstra joined Klondyke Construction  in 2012, where his responsibilities include Accounting and Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Project Controls, Information Technology, and Human Resources. Prior to Klondyke, Zylstra founded Paladin Consulting Inc., which provides management and financial consulting services to a variety of clients, mostly in the construction industry.


Ken is a member and co-founder of the Valley of the Sun Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, and also is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. Zylstra received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Chicago, and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
