Kelly Anderson - Jenco, Inc. Anyone that has met Kelly Anderson, or spent time around the Jenco office, knows what a hardworking and avid learner he is. After high school, Kelly moved to Arizona from Iowa and became a delivery truck driver for AJ Goulder Electric. His dedication to learning really paid off in the early years of his career, because by the time Goulder shut their doors seven years after he delivered his first shipment, he was Vice President of Administration. Kelly opened Jen Electric in 1990 at the age of 26. Since then he's acquired three other operational companies which he merged together to form Jenco. He is currently leading Jenco on a LEAN journey, leveraging the philosophy and practices of LEAN to challenge the team to eliminate waste around their office, in the warehouse and on jobsites. 2016 Construction Executive of the Year Finalist Highlight

Jim Zarling - Excel Mechanical Jim Zarling has been recognized by his peers as one of the most caring and giving individuals around. He not only gives to his Family, but also to his Company, his Employees, and to the Community. Jim came to Tucson from the Midwest and settled down with his wife of 39 years, Terri. They have two children Jessica and TJ and a grandson Maxwell. Jim worked hard in the heating & cooling trade to provide a good life for his young family. Then, in 1986, he decided it was time to start his own company. Starting off with two guys and a truck - Excel Mechanical has become one of the most respected HVAC & Plumbing Contractors in Southern Arizona - being a past finalist for both the Cornerstone Award for Subcontractor of the Year and for the Copper Cactus Award for both Community Service and for Growth. Robert Meyers - CSW Contractors, Inc. Robert has accumulated over 27 years of construction experience from operating equipment to his current role as Chief Executive Officer and shareholder of CSW Contractors, Inc. (CSW).  In 1993 Robert left the seasonal market in Iowa for year-round work in Arizona and founded R.J. Meyers Company - a heavy civil construction firm providing concrete construction, asphalt paving, and underground utility work with a concentration on mass excavation projects.   In May of 2000, Robert brought the mass excavation expertise of R.J. Meyers Company to CSW as a Vice President and shareholder. Initially, he was responsible for subdivision and landfill construction oversight. In 2007, Robert redirected his focus to CSW's estimating and procurement departments where he was at the forefront of driving business development in addition to consulting with the landfill and mine support segment.
