  Dear VoS MEmber: CFMA is currently in the process of an outreach effort with the FASB's Private Company Council (PCC), the standard-setting body set up through FASB to handle accounting matters related to private companies. For our outreach effort, CFMA is asking the membership to provide feedback on ANY current accounting or reporting matters that you believe the PCC should consider changing within US GAAP to provide for more decision-useful information to users of private company financial statements.
