The Valley of the Sun Chapter of Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) has recognized Casey Cartier, president and CEO of Jokake Construction, as Construction Executive of the Year. The award ceremony, attended by more than 200 construction, engineering, architecture, and finance professionals, took place during CFMA’s Annual Awards Gala. Each year CFMA honors four executives for their corporate leadership and contribution to the local construction industry. Cartier was selected from a group of four finalists.   “I certainly thank CFMA for leading the charge in elevating the construction industry from traditional tradesmen to a very professional group, and I sincerely appreciate the award” said Cartier.

        Last night, the Arizona Legislature wrapped up its legislative session, and it was a big success.   We passed bipartisan, common-sense legislation to improve public education, protect our most vulnerable citizens and expand the boundless opportunities our state offers.
